For UK customers we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Switch. We also accept Paypal, Bitcoin personal cheques

What should I do if I want to pay by Cheque?
UK customers can pay by cheque, simply print off an order form and send it complete with your cheque made out to Art Galleries Direct and sent to Art Galleries Direct, 2 Kings Road, New Milton, Hants BH25 5AY
You should allow seven days for your cheque to clear.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Courier delivery within UK mainland - £12 for the first painting - Each additional painting is £5.00
Courier delivery to UK - Non mainland - £50.00 with each additional painting at £5.00 per painting.
Courier delivery within UK mainland (Saturday delivery) - £30.00 with each additional painting at £3.99 per painting.
Delivery to : Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France - £50.00 with each additional painting £25.00
Delivery to: Latvia, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain - £70.00 with each additional painting £25.00
Delivery to: Czech Republic, Portugal, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Italy - £75.00 with each additional painting £25.00
Delivery to: Denmark - £80.00 with each additional painting £25.00
Delivery to Croatia, slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway - £100.00 with each additional painting £25.00
Delivery to non-UK countries can take up to 7 days depending on customs clearance. All transit times are for guide only and are non-guaranteed

How quickly will I receive my order?
All UK deliveries will be dispatched within 2 business days subject to clearance of payments. In most cases orders are dispatched the next day (excluding bank holidays and weekends) and delivered within 24 hours.
Delivery to non-UK countries can take longer and will vary according to shipping method. All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.
What happens if I decide to return goods to you?
If for any reason the painting you order from Art Galleries Direct does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 7 days of delivery of your intention to return the item. You may then return it to us, in original undamaged condition within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the purchase price.

Can I collect my Painting from you?
To enable us to sell to you at such favourable prices Art Galleries Direct uses a warehouse for storage of the paintings, and does not operate a retail shop. However, appointments can be arranged and collection can be made from our storage facility in Southampton by prior arrangement. Please call us on 020 31370369 to arrange a convenient time and date.
